Marinosci Law Group's Steven M. Autieri Caught Abusing NH notary Over Linda Green & Sand Canyon Crimes.

Read my email to Attorney Autieri below the fold.
The approximate text of my voiceover: All right let me set this up for you: Several years ago NH Notary Jeanne Ingress went to court on a foreclosure involving noted robo-signer Linda Green. She asked for proof of standing and specifically noted that Sand Canyon had no business in her chain of title because their own President stated that they were not in business at the time of a purported transfer. Judge Diane Nicolosi feigned ignorance and asked her why this information was relevant and why standing was important while Attorney Shawn Masterson lied and said he had the original note and mortgage in his desk at his office, which we know is a lie -- a complete fairy tale -- because it has been securitized.

When I offered him a bottle of Veuve Cliquot in the Cliquot challenged he declined to show me the original documents (video short). Be that as it may, some time later Ms. Ingress served a Notary Presentment to Attorney Autieri detailing the efforts of another person in NH to obtain valid chain of title information and he sent her a letter basically trying to intimidate her and speaking of her purportedly baseless and tiresome antics. Well I have something to say directly to Attorney Autieri:

Counselor I may have only closed a couple hundred residential sales in new england but I know enough to know that her very line of inquiry was sustained in Drouin v. AHMSI 2012 U.S. Dist. Lexis 69549 when AHMSI lost on a motion to dismiss, there it is right there on my Lexis account noting the same exact issues..... (they lost later because they didn't trust their attorney more on this next month) so therefore your threats to Ms. Ingress were baseless and unsubstantiated and I would be more than happy to tell you that in person the next time I am in Rhode Island, which happens every 3 months or so. Now the Drouins ultimately lost because of issues I'll get into at another time the fact remains clear that your threats were unlawful, unreasonable and unconscionable. Now I know why no one ever called us back, in spite of what your office told us during this taped phone call.

Dear Attorney Autieri:

I see your office declined to return my phone call on this matter despite the taped, explicit suggestion to the contrary. I suppose you must view this documentary as the same sort of "antics" that you wrongfully accused Ms. Ingress of when she sent you valid notary correspondence regarding another fraudclosure case in NH.

We are not intimidated by you or your firm, and your threats of prosecution before the NH AG are being reported to the appropriate bar associations. You may have your friends there to make it all go away but let me assure you that every time you make naked threats like this to homeowners or notaries that are not substantiated by law and I hear about it I will ping you at the bar association. As you may know, I was a licensed title insurance producer and notary in Good Standing in New Hampshire for several years before moving south so I know how it all works my brother. You keep intimidating innocent people and I'll keep annoying you.

I believe we are clear now.

Best regards,

--

KingCast and Mortgage Movies Present Matt Taibbi at Seattle Town Hall...."Lawyers Have to Ban Together!"

=
Note: Before you ask, video of Matt Taibbi himself was not permitted, but I hope he makes his presentation available online as that would definitely benefit the cause of populist putsch! Well okay perhaps more a velvet revolution but regardless mortgages are the issue and they were the subject of discussion as last week's Seattle CNC debate as documented by KingCast/Mortgage Movies cameras.
"How do you turn some janitor's 2-story row house into a Lear Jet.... It's the spot in line that earns you the Triple-A rating... it is the race-tracking of the real estate market,"
said the now-veteran Rolling Stone Reporter before a packed house.

Video was not permitted of the main event, so I will need to check to see if I may publish a few stills I took after the event. Be that as it may, I did get some candid interviews with members of the audience, some of whom had watched Mortgage Movies online back when I lived on the East Coast. Their observations are priceless and will be aired tomorrow along with the rest of my notes and with any luck, one or two of the stills taken after his presentation.

When queried on the subject of the cities using Eminent Domain to force Principal Reductions Mr. Taibbi stopped short of being in agreement but did offer this:
"[The banks] were obligated to buy back fraudulent loans anyway... it is entirely appropriate to take the money back."
His audience participation schtick explaining AAA, B-rated and Junk bonds was both entertaining and informative for many of the packed (200+)  audience members, with most of his presentation focused on the financial models that were engineered to unsettle and demoralize the middle class.  When I asked him what could be done about judges and U.S. Bankruptcy Trustees who too often fail to make banks follow the law on Standing, Real Party in Interest, Original Documents and proving up B10 BK claims spoke of judicial elections and hoped that U.S. Senators could help force the issue.... but when reminded about certain U.S. Senators like Kelly Ayotte, he said "Lawyers need to ban together."

Taibbi is right.... in a Perfect World. The problem is, as he and all of us know, we don't live in that Perfect World, and in banning together progressive lawyers are too often lining themselves up to take a hit from the corrupt element of the Judiciary, and so the cycle continues. Many of Seattle's Community Councilors are aware of the problem and raised it earlier this week as noted in a prior KingCast/Mortgage Movies journal entry and video.

Related: My first journal entry involving Matt Taibbi, and "10 Questions: America's Fraudclosure Crisis," my current feature length Mortgage Movie in the making, focusing on New Hampshire's Mortgage Crisis under then AG Kelly Ayotte, who allowed the largest consumer fraud in history, the FRM Ponzi scam. But with some of Goldman Sachs' and other stolen money (including Taxmasters ill-gotten $10K campaign contribution) she bought her way into the Senate just like most of her brethren.

KingCast and Mortgage Movies Say "Happy Birthday Mom!"

To my dearest Mother:

I think of you often late at night when the World slows down and silence envelopes our living room.  Only the sounds of the second hand of the kitchen clock and the oddly rhythmic staccato opus I am composing distract me from remembering all of the amazing things you did for me in the past 48 years. I can't begin to recall all of the laughter and encouragement you gave me through the years to believe in myself and to stand my ground in the face of adversity; to Do The Right Thing.

The years have seemingly got by us in a hurry over the past three years and I don't know how much you can comprehend of what I say to you but nary a day goes by that I fail to think of how you and Dad made the best parents a guy could ever hope for, and I will remain forever indebted to both of you for that. It is a debt that I count myself lucky to have as I do my best every day to pay it forward.

With Love,

-Christopher.

Note: Betty King is the only person crazy enough to tell me to start a blog in 1997 when I was running video as a trial attorney. It took me 8 years to come around to it and the rest is a little slice of history in the making as my primary focus in blogging has shifted to Mortgage Movies Journal. And as to any of the rat bastards who told lies about my mother in recent history, don't think I forgot about you. My mother might have had her issues but I will be damned if I let the likes of you people get away with what you did without substantially more exposure for your sins. Wait for it.

Related: Happy Birthday circa 2006.

KingCast/Mortgage Movies Stills and Video from Seattle Neighborhood Council Meeting 30 September 2013.

This is an impromptu video I shot from my iPhone of Candidate Kshama Sawant a few days ago at Bill's Off Broadway the first time I met her. I hope to conduct short interviews of her and Richard Conlin in early October. I am intrigued to hear some of the candidates openly discuss Mortgage Principal Reduction. The banking industry has destroyed this economy, and it was a calculated move that even I was unaware of as a closing attorney 11 years ago.... but there are rays of hope. Just today in this journal post and video I noted that Judge Robert Drain out of NY Bankruptcy Court sanctioned Bank of America for abuse, but it is truly a drop in the bucket. Anyway, here is the CNC invite.

More at Tumblr; Video production by tomorrow evening. More stills below the fold.

PS: When I'm not on politics or mortgages I'm on a motorcycle... And I support Ballard Backfire Night as one of the best things any community could ever have! Videos here.

KingCast and Mortgage Movies Celebrate Judge Drain Contempt Sanctions Against Bank of America in Ramos v. BoA BK SDNY No. 10-23019.

BoA always reading our websites to see how much we know about their corruption:

Here is Gretchen Morgenson's NYTimes story, "Why Judges are Scowling at Banks." Video forthcoming.
This month, the matter came before Robert D. Drain, a federal bankruptcy judge in New York. Judge Drain found Bank of America in contempt of the debt discharge order protecting the Ramoses and required the bank to pay Mr. Schwartz’s legal bills in the case. The judge also ordered the bank to pay $10,000 a month in sanctions to the Ramoses until it stopped making the repayment demands. Judge Drain acknowledged that it wasn’t a lot of money to Bank of America. But, he said, he hoped that its lawyers would get the message. “This is not just a stupid mistake” by the bank, the judge said. “This is a policy.”
I like Reporter Morgenson; I think she gets it. But even then I have helped her with Due Diligence regarding BoA's Anne M. Finucane and her rotten plagiarist husband Mike Barnicle
