KingCast and Mortgage Movies Attend: A Big Day for Seattle City Council as Kshama Sawant, Nick Licata, Mike O'Brien, Sally Bagshaw, Pete Holmes and Ed Murray are Sworn in, Protecting Washington Homeowners.

Mayor Murray comments on underwater/foreclosure crisis.
Total Experience Gospel Choir  Director Pat Wright sings the National Anthem (video coming tonight, 7 Jan 2014) as Mayor Ed Murray acknowledges Seattle's underwater and foreclosure crisis. "Seattle has 28% of our homes underwater," he noted. Much more video to follow, as several candidates have been very proactive in addressing this situation. See Councilors Nick Licata and Kshama Sawant at October's Jane Mair Bank of America protest. As Ms. Mair's point of contact with Bank of America I -- along with the help of many many others -- finally obtained a loan modification trial period (TPP) for this former Microsoft employee who sustained a catastrophic brain injury.

And folks here they are, The Chosen. I have been involved in Seattle City news and politics since shortly after I moved here on my first cross-country motorcycle adventure. Seattle is a reasonably progressive City and I do believe that Seattle and the State of Washington are poised to make great strides in homeowner protection as banks continue on paths of power, corruption and lies. Right now I am involved in State-sponsored foreclosure mediation and other research with Financial Revival GroupSAFE (Standing Against Foreclosure and Eviction) in Seattle, and Attorneys Jeff Jared (video) and the Stafne Law Office (video). In a forthcoming editorial I detail some of the perils that homeowners face when attempting loan modifications as FRGI has recently obtained an extension on a Trustee sale date because of our efforts in mediation against Wells Fargo.

With the exception of Councilor Bagshaw I have lensed each of these candidates at least once, and typically in a situation where they were addressing the perils of home ownership with respect to underwater home ownership or foreclosure. While I was unable to attend last month's City Council hearing on Eminent Domain in which the Council elected to move forward with a comprehensive study, I was able to capture the thoughts of six (6) of the eight (8) candidates at a forum sponsored by Mortgage Movies Journal and the above-referenced colleagues the week prior to election. Note that EMI has now blocked this video but I have another version at the ready.

While there were common themes from all successful candidates last night involving Education and Economic opportunity but of course my focus is strictly on the banks and their ongoing obligation to help homeowners who qualify for the Home Affordable Mortgage Program, as well as addressing their general malfeasance and continued pattern of foreclosing without Standing or without proving themselves to be the Real Party in Interest.

Links, video and more stills forthcoming, and Happy New Year to All.

KingCast and Mortgage Movies Spread Holiday Cheer as CBS News' 60 Minutes Drops Mortgage Bombs.

You have to take time to smell the roses.... because the unsavory turds that Wall Street
and the Banksters have for us are no good for your health,
as noted on yet more 60 Minutes segments oxymoronically entitled
"Prosecuting Wall Street."

At least we got Jane Mair a Trial Mortgage Mod.

Tuesday, 24 December 2013

KingCast, Mortgage Movies, Financial Revival Group, Attorneys Jeff Jared, Stafne Law Office and Seattle City Counselors Nick Licata and Kshama Sawant Celebrate as Bank of America Grants Trial Payment Plan Mortgage Mod for Jane Mair.

Attorney Jeff Jared, SAFE Josh Farris, Jane Mair, Financial Revival Group's Michelle Darnell
Note: If you need help with underwater home or foreclosure in Washington do not sleep on your rights. Every day you delay will hurt you. Contact your attorney, SAFE in Seattle or us at Financial Revival Group to learn about your Rights and Responsibilities to secure your financial future. We're all here to help.

Dear Jane,

This is terrific news, and I can only hope that they honor the commitment to fully revise your mortgage after you successfully complete the TPP (trial period). It was really quite the process, with Seattle Police brushing up on me and culminating with that nasty bank manager  ripping documents out of Sonia's hands.

Along the way we had City Councilors Nick Licata and Kshama Sawant attending your protests and declaring that the banks are basically guilty of criminal conduct. We saw another attorney of yours write two letters along with your prepaid legal contract. As I say and as we saw, it takes a village.

Now on to Wells Fargo, who took a Bad Faith Certificate in your case and who is otherwise showing Bad Faith in another foreclosure in which they and their lawyers:

a) failed to produce the entire report on which they based their denial of loan modification
b) told the mediator "we're not here to negotiate."

Query, then why the hell are you even in the Mediation?  I'll have a special video treat for them, including Sonia's commentary as to how those pigs threatened to sue the mediator as seen and heard here:

Jan 6-7 for me as I am on the East Coast until then!

Peace and Love to you and your family.
